User Roles:

• Employee - A user with no special privileges, this user can view shifts inside rosters that they belong to.
• Team manager - A user that can manage shifts, clock ins and edit users
• Organization Admin - The user with the most privileges, this user can create other users, delete the organization and upgrade the plan

View Users

• If you are a team manager or organization admin you can view all users in the organization by navigating to the ‘Manage Users‘ tab on the left of your screen

Create Users

Create 1 user

• Navigate to ‘Manage Users’
• Click the create button

Create multiple users

• Navigate to ‘Manage Users’

• Click the Bulk create button

  

• You will be able to upload users by populating a csv file. An example template can be downloaded and used. Each user needs to be assigned a role and a team, the list of roles and teams can be downloaded by clicking the appropriate buttons as shown below
