View Shifts

Home Page

• Shifts can be viewed from the home page in the calendar-style view

My Shifts

• Your own shifts can be viewed by clicking the ‘My Shifts’ button

Manage Shift section

• All shifts can be viewed by clicking the ‘Manage Shifts’ button on the left of the app

Create Shifts

• Navigate to the ‘Manage Shifts’ section
• Click the ‘Create’ button

• To make a shift repeat select an option from the ‘Repeat’ dropdown, if none of the options satisfy your requirements select the ‘Custom’ option

• To make a shift last for a period of time instead of forever change the ‘Ends’ dropdown from ‘Never’ to any other option based on your requirements

  

• When adding a shift, multiple users can be assigned the same shift, add them by searching for them

Edit Shifts

Via the Manage Shifts section

• Navigate to the ‘Manage Shifts’ section
• Click the pencil icon on the shift you want to edit
